Kids Survivor Birthday Party Games

Little one's 6th Survivor birthday party has been a long time in the making; from the piƱata, to the party favors, all the way to the last details of the games!   The day of the party everything was carefully orchestrated to make it a party of a lifetime! We had close to 45 guests! 18 kids were invited, and of course, the parents joined them as well.

This was my agenda for the party (the planner in me has to have everything written down):

WELCOME

Tribe assignment: Blue tribe, and Red tribe. Each received a buff (bandanna), and two moms were the tribe leaders.

A visit to the museum turned into a Spanish learning opportunity for both my son, and his Spanish speaking friend.

Kids DIY Spanish Postcards

A wonderful way to encourage my up-and-coming bi-literate reader is for him to make his own post cards in Spanish!  Making his own Spanish postcards helps him with letter identifying, word building, and writing skills.

For the postcards I used white card stock paper, stickers, and different stamps.  He had a great time making the postcards, and was looking forward to mailing them out to his Abuela, primos y amigos.

¡Hasta luego!
